One of the decent hotels in Faridabad. The rooms are exquisite and big enough. The decor of rooms are fabulous and provide a luxurious touch. The maintenance of the property is good. Beds are of family rooms are big. Staff is extremely well behaved, cordial and prompt to take any action or meet the guests' needs. Food here is good but are exorbitantly priced. To put matters into perspective a full chicken side dish cost almost Rs 700 for 8pieces. Although most of it is good there is room for a lot of improvement. Pros 1. Good spacious room 2. Luxurious appearance 3. Mini fridge 4. TV 5. Sofa 6. AC 7. Big Beds 8. Lamps and fittings Cons 1. Latches without their dedicated hole. A latch serves no purpose without it. 2. No geyser 3. Low water output from taps 4. One towel for a family room with 3 members 4. No toiletries other than soap 5. Bringing other guests to check the room when already guests are staying in the room. This violates out right privacy (may be an isolated event) 6. Room hygiene. Rat infestation (again can be an isolated event and maybe I was the unlucky guest but nonetheless the took prompt action when brought to their attention) Overall a good stay.
