It was a good stay for 03 days and swift service was provided. The staff was understanding and cooperative. Food served was average in taste but not that bad. Breakfast I found delicious. The housekeeping was up to the mark. Room lightings can be improved as only single light with yellow tone and one fancy wall hanging lamp was provided. If you have work near sector 24 faridabad then can definitely choose this hotel as it is quite near best possible place I have come across.

This "restaurant" was an absolute disaster. From the moment we walked in, the service was atrocious. The staff were indifferent, bordering on rude. We waited an eternity for our drinks, and even longer for our food. When the food finally arrived, it was a complete and utter disappointment. My steak was overcooked and cold, my partner's soya chaap was bland and swimming in an oily sauce. The side dishes were equally uninspiring - limp vegetables and tasteless fries. The atmosphere was depressing, to say the least. The decor was outdated and dingy, and the noise level was deafening. We felt like we were eating in a cafeteria, not a restaurant. To top it all off, the prices were exorbitant for the abysmal quality of food and service we received. We left feeling cheated and thoroughly disgusted. I sincerely advise anyone considering this "restaurant" to save their money and their sanity and dine elsewhere.

Best place for small parties in decent price ,and enough space for parking, we booked this place for my sister marriage in 2024

Location is quite near to har ki paudi but after mansa devi gate you have to track up At night time it's total alone / Food is average Service is very slow Rooms are clean but old Toilets are dirty and broken Nice to go others on uppar road

The most unprofessional staff and management team. I urge any of the prospective customers to carefully consider before booking a stay or an event here. The management is very rude and take their hand off any mistake they commit. The greed they have for money is off the charts without care for their guests' comfort. Please don't book a stay here
