Hotel Orchid

This place is a total scam I stayed for 1 night and price should be 2000 but they charged me 6000. Plus not clean and full of cockroaches and the AC is useless and there is no security for car parking it's risky to park outside

So many times I have stayed in this hotel for their location but very disappointed with their recent so called G.M. He has kept our room keys with him. Requested for cleaning the room but useless. The bed covers and towel was not washed for many days. The wash room was full of sands .For every single seconds we felt insecure for his rude behavior. At last the police came to solve the issues and we switched to another hotel near by it. DO NOT STAY HERE UNTIL ONE IS OUT OF CHOICE

Hote Orchid - Faridabad (Near neelam cinema) MMT - immediately delist this place its not a hotel trust me. 1. Reception. Mr gulati ( manager will treat u like he is doing a favor on u. He will wake u up mid of the night or early morning, to fight and argue on things that doesn't matter to u. When I told him that I will complain to the owner he said usko kuch Farak nahin padta jo karna hai karlo. 2. Rooms. Cockroaches ka ghar hai har room hotel ka. When u complain he will argue with u. Apology during ki baat hai. They are shameful people. No hot water - sir uski kya jarurat hai mausam badiya hai Bahar, Thande pani se nahao. This is the answer by Mr gulati the manager. Flush damaged Jet spray is blocked, the person on the reception said sir ye pin lelo isse block nikal jayega jet chalega. This means they knew jet is non functional (God know how many people would have used that pin) 3. Service. Pathetic service. Poor room service guy, he was also fed up of that Mr gulati. He said Saab har gues se ladta hai wo manager. Kya Karen owner ko kuch bhi Farak nahin padta. There is no provision to keep ur bags ( if u plan to keep for some hours after checkout) they will charge u to use the washroom if u have checkout. It doesn't matter to them u have stayed for a week with them. Note : traveller's beware of this place. U will sure have a bad time. Couples beware, I there is some reality in the reviews for you shared by other people. I am sure they are true. This place is not to be defined as a hotel . Thank u .

Room are not clean properly and too much insect in the room and food are also not good.

Location is perfect. Staff is very cooperative. Food quality very good. Nice Hotel for stay.

Booked this for one of our relatives visiting town and they were okay with the hotel, not super thrilled. Just a decent place to stay - front looks good. Location is good since located in main area of NIT. Room was okay - would not say super clean but not bad. Room service and staff attitude can be definitely improved.

It was a chance/ sudden decision to check into a hotel as we reached the city a little before midnight due to a late train.||The hotel is located close to the railway station and offers quiet surroundings for a good sleep. Some details:||1. Neat & clean, centrally AC, Wi-Fi.||2. Breakfast in room ( options: Toast & omelette / Chole Bhatoore plus tea/ coffee.||3. Value for money (thr TripAdvisor/ Trivago/ Goibibo).||Overall a good experience.

The prices may appear that it is a good hotel, but unfortunately its not. It is a local lodge types hotel where the customer is last in the pyramid.||||1. The rooms are OK, but the services are poor.||2. AC/Heater was not working and they were not able to repair for two days.||3. Food , i highly recommend you eat outside and never in the hotel.||4. Breakfast, i have never has such breakfast till date. Preferred to bring something for outside for breakfast.||5. If you are traveling in winter, please please never book this hotel. They have Solar Heater and they expect that without the sun they can provide hot water. I was facing a problem on 20th Jan 16, they clearly mentioned i can bath with cold water. the current temperature was 10 Degree, Still if you want to book the hotel, Your call.||6. The television was not working and there was some issue in the set of box.||7. If you like music 20 Hours please book the hotel, as they play music in corridor and which is audible even in your closed room. They shut is down at 11:30 PM, so if may have to sleep late. Still if you want to book a room , it is your call.||8. They do not have a parking space, so please even look to that if you want to.||||||In the nutshell, i would not rate the hotel as their is nothing to rate on.||||recommended to look for other hotels , there are better option. I had paid for 4 Days online, so i would not be able to checkout. But precautions to face above problems.
