Very very bed experience they refused to give me the room because we booked this online and am trying to reach oyo team but they also not provide me the information or not take any action they put my call on hold and disconnected 3rd class property please don't vist this property

Very bad staff also owner his name Ravi, Misbehave with customers. Even if customer book room from OYO application they no give room at OYO price he ask more money. My experience is very bad.

Booked a Room using Oyo App and the experience wasn't good. The room wasn't clean. The room had an AC fixed which was soooo old and dirty that it was not even cooling properly. We called the staff members to ask for Ice and there wasn't any Ice. Asked for cold water, they sent the cold water after half n hour. The staff was slow. And the washrooms had no sanitary kits provided. The room was small as compared to what was shown in the app.

We booked 5 rooms in this hotel during our stay, in one of them rooms there was no latch or lock on the door, so we couldn't leave the room. Rooms were not clean, there were stains on the bedsheet, pillow, curtain. In one of the room, geyser was not working.

They gave us the hotel room, my husband has a US passport as Id. Then they asked us to leave in 5 minutes and vacate the room. But thanks to them because we are not looking for that kind of accommodation. Also its some residential apartment not hotel

Thieves, take advance paid non cancellation bookings on partner websites and deny bookings at the time of check-in. Paid through agoda and they denied entry saying we don't accept bookings from other websites

A very bad choice, I had made to book this place. 1. No welcome nature. 2. Cleanliness 3. U will not found towels, water ,basic facilities inplace. Seems like a Dharamshala. Look for some other Oyo.

nothing.even the gate of property was closed from inside n by giving phone call on my arrival at about 12 pm night time .room was not clean n mosquitoes were in abundance in the room n wash room.next day i wanted to leave in the evening.i was charged full amount of booking.
