Hotel O Maira Grand

Not very well placed. People are very slow to react. Construction is incomplete on date. Service to be improved. No laundry service. Kitchen is not maintained cleanly. My adviseto the hotel owner, do visit all places to ensure the cleanliness. No restaurant too. They help getting outside food. But costly food

Totally bad experience I go to reception and hotal management say there is no room available because oyo fare is to low at at the booking time. Hotal management say is this price i cant offer to say here. I book my hotal by oyo application. Price is low this is not my fault. And management's say we have another property near by you can check in here but price is 1000. Total bad experience

Very bad hotel. Don't go there if you are going this hotel staff charge the hotel price at next level. Oyo app price show another and staff ask another price for example i book my room at 449 and they ask 1000 what disgusting hotel i don't recommend anyone please be careful Thank you.

Pathetic atmosphere, never ever want to stay again there. There was no water at the bathroom for two straight days, frequency of load shedding high. Didn't get the feel of a Hotel it wore the look of a deserted building with no sign of OYO anywhere to be seen, had such difficulty even finding the hotel on the very first day because of the unavailability of the hotel signboard.

staff is not well mannered and are not even close to being adequate. bottle tap brown water is being sold as drinking water. no food or snacks are available at the hotel. also they are very slow with their service. reception guy is very much not interested in talking to the customer let alone handle them with manners.

Place need to be cleaned up cleanliness could be improved working on only one staff headcount food is toast from nearby places nowrunning kitchen if we go for the rooms room should be termed as ok but there is no mirror inside the room which is one basic necessity no identification of the building from outside that it is a guest house or a place to stay parking result ground floor but the height of the ramp is steep making it for low ground clearance vehicles like mine impossible to get parked in the parking one more thing lots of mosquitoes in the room to mosquito repellent in insufficient to take care

A network to trap visitors with oyo-donot provide to lodge at advertised booking rate, charges disproportionly from tired passengers,no hospitality,worth not rating,totally- cheating the passengers with oyo

Maira hotels were best once, but now they are worst. I have visited maira grand and maira stays both i visited there at 10.30am and they won't give me hotel at that time. They had rooms available as i can see there room keys. And they ask me some extra money because i arrived before 12pm. Oyo policy is that if room is available then you can go to the hotel. But maira don't give rooms before 12pm if they have available rooms also. I am very disappointed with these hotels. They only need money money and money.
