Hotel Bay Laurel Retreat

The senior management of hotel is very rude. Poor mentality, trying to squeeze money by cheap antics. Buffet breakfast is particularly bad. Just the rooms & location are good, but hospitality wise negative. Do not bulk book and make your guests stay here during events. Please save them from nightmare!

Rooms are good Service is very poor Location is ok but outside atmosphere is not good. You can't able to walk outside of hotel. It is a shopping complex.

Stayed at this property for several nights for business. This was the only property in Greater Faridabad area close to my work location. |Am really finding it difficult to find any positive in this hotel except that the room was spacious and the a/c was working fine.|Now let me get to the the Not so Good:|1. Bed linen was very dirty and run down. Everything was blackish white. Bed sheets, pillow covers, quilt cover and everything was run down and covered with pilling. Let's not talk about towels am sure you all get the picture!!|2. WiFi speeds were pathetic. One couldn't browse basic websites. Numerous complaints led to nothing. |3. The bathroom doesn't have any shower mat so be very careful as the tiled floor gets very slippery when wet.|4. They only give face towels on request but I'd recommend that you get your own for obvious reason!!|5. In room dining rates are very high as if that's the only way they make money. A pathetic coffee costs Rs 200/-. Food is terrible so it'll be better to step out and eat.|6. Maintenance and housekeeping don't have any sense about not making noise when room is occupied. There is regular corridor rug cleaning at 11.00pm and they only stop when you complain. |7. Breakfast is terrible. The restaurant is full of fruit flies and mosquitos. Tables, chairs are filthy. Menu is limited to 4 items plus tea, coffee and 1 juice.|8. TV channels don't work. As per the hotel the TV is smart TV and you need to use your own account to sign in if you want to watch Netflix, Disney Hotstar, etc. |9. Car parking is not of the hotel. One has to park the car in the open market parking.|Come this hotel if you only need a room with a/c to sleep and have no more expectations otherwise save your money and find another. It's pretty clear that the establishment is not looking at offering any positive experience!!

Firstly, it is not a four star hotel. Second, the managers serving at the hotel have no manners and familiarity with the hospitality industry. So don't expect to be treated respectfully or gracefully.

I was thinking to review this right after my stay, however I couldn't do it earlier. But finally I found this to be one of best stay during my trip during July 2023. I used this place to work remotely during offshore hours. Hotel was easy to find. It is walkable from premium shopping place like white house (Omaxe world plaza), but other may found bit isolated- It was great for me. First, I found difficult to get into hotel as it was entire floor in Vipul Plaza, rest are apartment. But once you made to hotel lobby, you will feel great. Very courteous and polite staff, very neat and spacious room, and what view from the window amazing. Clean betting, furniture, AC. Food was amazing and so was room service. Staff were respectful of guest privacy. During my stay, I couldn't find a single thing to complaint. This property was above and beyond my expectation at the same time well reasonable priced. This property will be my first choice for stay in Faridabad/NCR.

Definitely not a 4star but just a normal overpriced hotel all the staff members weren't nice and pretty much rude food was alright do not Recommend

Very nice hotel rooms are quite spacious and service is also very nice Complementary breakfast is also quite decent And there is a large variety of restaurants nearby within 3-5 minutes walking distance
