Goldfinch Hotel Delhi NCR

I recently stayed in this hotel during my business trip work. This hotel was easily accessible for my work area. The staff at the reception was very cooperative and has good behaviour. The room in which I stayed was good and clean. And tried their breakfast buffet during my stay and it was good enough to fill the stomach. But the staff at restaurant was not trained and professional and also they have limited staff there. I stayed for 4 days, had breakfast everyday and always there was no spoon on the table and in fact I had to take the spoon by myself from the counter. I think they should work on this. Overall good experience

The hotel is good for the value . I went for some work in Faridabad and I needed a hotel nearby. This hotel is good as far as accessibility is concerned. It's very much accessible from main road and has a car parking outside the hotel. The rooms are good and clean along with washrooms. The house keeping is really good. Room service is good too but food quality and service is average. They can score 5 star if they improve their food and service. Friends told me they have been visiting for many years and their food quality has come down. No photos were taken.

As a first time visitor to Delhi from Canada I was very happy to stay in GoldFinch. It is very clean hotel with a lovely staff. My breakfast was delicious and fresh. I love Sagar politeness and professionalism.

Reached 10am but room wouldn't be ready since check in time is 2pm. Next morning at breakfast due to "Low Occupancy", no buffet breakfast. During breakfast, there was a strong mosquito repellent was sprayed which made my wife to almost vomit. None of the staff bothered to stop it, until we expressed our concern. Room Toilet had it's flushing system too slow. The maintenance guy checks it and certifies it as normal. Strange for me that I didn't know this is normal. Surely it was a poor experience

Stayed ar Goldfinch and have mixed reviews.. What i liked- -Its value for money.I paid for an overnight and was decentley priced,compared to others. -Location is decent,has good connectivity for noida or gurugram,nearby is a market and is close to mall of faridabad etc -In room dining preperation is also good.I ordered tea,dinner and breakfast,all were well prepared however it is pricey. -Decent interaction with Reception staff overall. What i disliked- -Rooms although decent,are showing age as plenty of plugboard switches weren't working in the room i stayed in and electric kettle was also broken. -They need to pay more attention to detail and improve overall in service accountability ,as the room i checked in didn't had a in room dining menu for which i had to call them twice,as when i asked for the first time no one came for 10 mins when qsked they said that we sent someone,you returned them saying u didn't wanted to see the menu which was pretty bizzare since no one even came and i was due to order something why won't i look at the menu,and this time the menu came in 2 mins which basically means they must've forgot to send instead tried to cook up story and not take accountability, similar thing happened during breakfast when i ordered american breakfast and they didn't brought eggs and sausages,just ceral and coffee,charged full,and asked where is eggs and sausages,the waiter said that you didn't ordered them it has to be ordered seperately,then i showed him the menu which specifically showed that it comes with eggs,where as cereal and coffee were amongst options with it,yet he didn't acknolwedged and i had been fully charged around 700 rupees for just a cup of tea,some cookies and a bowl of cereal with juice,luckily when i called them in room dinning they recitified the situation but again this would have made me gave them 1 star if they didn't saved it.. Overall its a decent value for money property sutiable for an overnight stay,won't recommend for longer stays as they need to improve in room service and refurb the rooms with slight attention to detail required.

The rooms were very old due to which water leakage was the major issue in washrooms. We woke up in the morning and the bathroom was filled up with water. When we gave our feedback during checkout, it seemed like they were already aware of this problem and the reaction was casual.

We recently hosted a two-day wedding function at this hotel and the experience was absolutely delightful. The services were exceptional, the food quality was outstanding and the staff was incredibly polite and supportive. The hygiene and overall management were top-notch, making our event truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning an event. Thank you for your excellent hospitality!
