I recently booked the Golden Galaxy Hotel for my daughter's marriage, held on February 13, 2025. As the groom's side was coming from Indore, they arrived on February 12, 2025. I reserved most of the rooms and suites of the hotel to accommodate our guests. Throughout their stay, our guests enjoyed four meals and two breakfasts at the venue. The food prepared by Golden Galaxy was not only picturesque but also the most delicious we had ever tasted. The rooms were super fabulous, and all the guests from the groom's side were astonished by the facilities, food, cleanliness, and hospitality provided by Golden Galaxy. Nearly all of them remarked that they had never seen such excellent arrangements in their entire lives. I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the owners and management of Golden Galaxy Hotel for making my daughter's marriage the grandest event. During the entire two days, I did not have to instruct them to do anything. They took care of all responsibilities, which made me completely tension-free. I wish the Golden Galaxy Hotel continues to uphold their excellent work. Once again, I thank all of them and highly recommend arranging any functions at the Golden Galaxy Hotel.

We booked this resort for 2 days wedding functions. We are truly impressed by the hospitality, promptness of the resort staff The food served during those 2 days were amazing Special thanks to Dhruv ji and Shailendra ji for being available at all times to make sure everything goes smoothly I will definitely recommend this place for destination weddings

Absolutely pathetic customer service! The staff seems utterly clueless about how to speak to people with even the most basic courtesy or professionalism. Their tone is rude, their attitude dismissive, and they behave as if they're doing you a favor by just responding. It's shocking how someone in a customer-facing role can be so lacking in basic communication skills or empathy. Completely unacceptable!

We had amazing experience at golden galaxy hotels and resort. We had booked the resort for our wedding festivities, and the time spent was memorable. The food was beyond delicious all our guests loved every meal of the day whether it was hi-tea, lunch or dinner, exceptional variety in vegetarian dishes and mouth-watering taste. The staff and Mr. Dhruv were very helpful thoroughout our stay. The rooms were too spacious all the facilities provided within no time. All in all it was the best experience of our lives as we had celebrated our marriage, it'll always hold a special place for me. Looking forward for more celebrations at golden galaxy. If negative stars were possible, Golden Galaxy would deserve them. The staff's behavior was utterly disgraceful -- condescending, arrogant, and shockingly disrespectful. This wasn't just bad service -- it was demeaning. Evidently, total failure from the training and management team. //personnel belonged to some operations dept.-claiming that he is the concerned person for queries regarding banquet bookings// if this was the case at all..team should reconsider the decision!! Strongly advise staying far away.
