Lime Tree Hotel Sushant Lok Gurgaon at IFFCO Metro close to Leisure Valley , Sector 29

Extremely Disappointing Experience My stay at this hotel was a major letdown. The lack of basic hygiene was alarming, with dirty bedsheets and towels that appeared to have not been washed properly. This immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property. Adding to the frustration, no keys were provided for the room. This not only inconvenienced me but also made me feel unsafe, as I had no way to secure my belongings. The room itself was poorly maintained, with an unpleasant odor and visible signs of neglect. Customer service was equally disappointing. Despite raising these issues with the staff, no meaningful action was taken to address them. The attitude was dismissive, which only added to the negative experience. I would strongly advise against staying here unless significant improvements are made. The current state of the hotel is far from acceptable, and it fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. It falls far below the standards expected from even budget accommodations.

DON'T GO FOR THE PRICE. Location was ok but there was no room service, no in-house restaurant, we were told that the wifi was connecting, it connected also but there was no internet for the whole day, no staff to help you with your luggage during checkin or checkout. We checked into the hotel and there was only 1 staff member who was not willing to help with the luggage. We took the luggage ourselves and went into the room which was already open. Later on, when we asked for the room key, the staff member told that the key has been lost for this room and it opens only with the master key. Furthermore, he was asking us to not worry about our personal belongings(we had laptops, cash, some jewellery etc) in the room as he is there to guard it. We argued and took that master key for the time we stayed there. There are a lot of better options available for a little bit more price in the city.

Best Guest house I experienced in Gurgaon.staff behavior and services is really awesome.food like home.Best for family and one thing more Service boy is so cool and he manage his work properly and be friendly with us.

Only good aspect is - accessibility. Bang next to IFFCO Metro. Room is spacious, but service terrible. No hot water. Was asked to wait for couple of minutes when hot water will trickle in. It did not even after 20 minutes of waiting. Can't get any food. Considering accessibility- rent should not be more than 1000 Rs with taxes

I stayed here in the1 night , I was in urgent the team provided me room here a best hospitality here I appreciate the manager here in Shambhu Kumar they helped me lot in the situation my stay was good here all staff and house keeping were got in all things and I appreciate a big help to them ! Thank you!!

Dirty room, Non supporting staff, just pathetic state of condition. Breakfast is not served. The bottled water is stinking. Bucket and mugs are not cleaned from ages. Invoice not provided and I was informed that I will get it through whatsapp, till date not received.

We stay here but our experience is so bad. We are booked room from goibibo i take room for 3 person and we pay for 3 person but we didn't get service for 3 person, we didn't got even mattress for extra person . We ask for receptionist , but they denied and told me that i havn't any matters in hotel , i told them than why are you taking my booking?? So he replied me that that I don't know sir . I am just coming on duty . Then i told them then what i do now ? So they told me that find another hotel . I told them okay but please gave us my money back . Then he denied he told me that you can ask for goibibo . And this was happening with me at 11:30 pm , how can i find another hotel at that time ?? Very bad experience. And rooms are not good condition. Zero mainten room . I think till now that how can he got 4.5 star review ??
