Palette - North Park Resort

Had a booking were not given the booked rooms ,instead given bad rooms on 2nd floor despite our request that it would be difficult for our parents to climb stairs. Room service is poor ,takes eternity for service/food to arrive...in fact we thought of cancelling the order...and instead call for home delivery. Waiters don't know how to serve ! Most of the items on menu are not available. Why has this place even been advertised by booking sites ?

If u don't find "palette North Park resort" . Then search search "north Park resort" Actually there is no " Palette north Park resort " If u search it in Google map , it will show u a place in front of fly over , and u will get confused , as I did

It was okay. Had nice ambiance but their was nothing you could to at the resort

Too bad room, property is too old to provide new facilities and won't recommend to anyone.

Place is good yet.... One should consider about the commute.

If there is anything below one start? Worst of the hotels. Bad rooms, full of mosquitoes. Dirty bedsheets, spoiled bathrooms, bad bad bad
