Hotel Palazzo

It was all happened in 18th August 2024. Hotels staff is not having good sence humour. specially at reception desk. Too much boys stands at the reception. Desk and straring to the female candidate. After asking about them, recepsnist didn't reply in formal way. *Hope managment will take it seriouslly* Regards..

The hotel is on the 2nd floor of the building, The staff is also very nice. No doubt Rooms are very nice and clean and they are very safe also. But the negative thoughts about this hotel is it's an offline hotel I totally recommend that you not book it from any apps Oyo etc. Then will be eventually going to charge you more sometime double now the price here starts from 1000/-. So don't think you will get an offer in any app that will apply here. Now for the hotel owner My advice :- I travel the world I have been to a lot of places and hotels and I can say that your Hotel is very nice, staff is very nice and cooperative also. Great Rooms you have But the only thing is don't let your customers set a false idea ( ki 600-700 m room book kr liya on Oyo it's great) please set your price on apps higher so that you will get what you want. Don't book this hotel, I booked online, did payment and after reaching denied check in. Asked more than double of money than oyo price to check in. When I denied and called oyo, the owner didn't receive call from oyo in front of me. I initiated for refund. Later got message on my app that it showed I was checked in hotel and checked out as well ( without giving me entry) (just gave entry to my rupees) and owner didn't release my refund. Dont book such kind of hotels.. Time waste, money waste,

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and well-appointed with all amenities that they mentioned. The check-in process was quick and easy and the price was reasonable for what we got. It was close to the railway station.

I stayed at this hotel. It was in a great spot, close to things to do. The rooms were really clean, and the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. I'd tell others to stay here too.

I entered hotel with my booking id hotel owner was ready to allow chekin due to price issue after discussion allowed to stay then given me room in which no AC no TV was available anyhow i agreed to stay because i have to just freshen up myself as i entered in bathroom i saw pigeon was roaming there suddenly pigeon came in contact with fan and it's feather crushed in fan blade i immediately jump and switch off fan after this i requested them to change room initially he was not ready for this then after some time they changed my room in this room AC was available but TV was not. In bathroom water was not available. 430/- Rs rate given by OYO then what was my fault

I had a good stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the service was good and the staff was also very helpful. I can say that all was good at the hotel as it was my first time there.
