Hotel Orchid

Worst condition of washrooms, worst behaviour of staff and so poor services. I regret my decision of choosing this hotel for my relatives stay. The hotel staff made me feel so so embarrassing in front of my relatives, because of their misbehaviour. The staff kept them bothering to vacate the room in every 15 mins even though the room stay was extended for one more day. Plumber started working in the washrooms during the stay only and made whole room full of dirt. Disgusting property. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I recently stayed at the Orchid Hotel and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with modern decor and all the amenities I could need, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and complimentary toiletries. The hotel's location was also fantastic, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to all the local attractions and restaurants. The onsite restaurant was exceptional, serving up delicious meals made with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The breakfast was also impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. They were always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the Orchid Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay. I look forward to staying there again.

One of the best hotel in Bhiwani, staff is very courteous

Worst experience ever. Please avoid booking this hotel. Staff is so rude. Room was in bad condition there was so many hairs on bed and blanket. Washroom was also dirty. Even staff don't have manners how to ask things and how to enter in someone's room if that room is occupied. Please don't go there

Hemant Sharma, the manager for Hotel Orchid is a generous and kind host. One of the best staying experiences that me and all my friends had. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in and around bhiwani. Good rooms and food as well.

Its a new Hotel, They don't have qualified staff. Kitchen is not functional as on 15th June 2023. Check out time is 11 a.m. but it not written and informed to the customer. One has to dine out in an adjacent HSB hotel. They dont know how to run the hotel. Stay was good but every time one has to get out of room to ask for services. Good luck to Hotel Orchid.

The best hotel in bhiwani, spacious rooms, Washroom are clean. Staff behaviour was good. Breakfast is so delicious, they provide tea with stuffed parantha. Highly recommended .
