Useless and pathetic service by the counter staff. We chances to stop here today. Ordered two items one item was served and other was not. Still they kept saying wait and get the same packed. We were travelling and nothing was converyed. We paid vide bill no 37612 dt 31/03/2025 at 16.50 for amount of rs 428 whereas service given was of 179. Never recomend this place to anyone. Have gone through your revert.My observations as regards the same 1. Order for both items Haka Noodles and American Chopsuey was given at the same time. Kindly check time lag between giving orders from CCTV footage of your premises. 2. It was never conveyed that the same will take 25 to 30 minutes. If the same was conveyed then why one item was delivered earlier and nothing was conveyed regarding the other. Kindly check CCTV footage for the same. 3. Once we got up after completing the first dish to pay up for the same we were shocked at the behaviour of the counter staff. Infact they pressurised us to take the other dish as a packaged dish, which we refused and left after paying for services which we never took. I have also travelled across the country but have never faced such kind of behaviour from anyone. I am also a Haryanavi and this happened in my own state. What image we will project to people coming from other states. Atithi Devo Bhava should be the motto. I hope you will understand my concern was not about the money but of service. Your place is pretty decent as compared to the location that's why we had stopped over but I think would not be able to recommend to others.

It is a great place to take some good rest while traveling. The food is amazing. Prices are affordable. If owner is reading this, please work on Service. It is slow and servers were confused because of extra work load. Please add more service staff to serve and take orders. Also, please remove the Seasme seeds from Amritsari Kulcha. Toilets are super clean. Parking space is enough.

we arrange a marriage function in this hotel with 250 people gathering . they arrange the function very good all item are tasty and sufficient and the behaviour of waiters and all the staff are very good and co-operative..... Thanks all the white rose hotel team
