I had the pleasure of dining at your restaurant today, and I must say the experience was made exceptional thanks to Miss Priyanka. From the moment I walked in, her warm smile and welcoming attitude set the tone for a wonderful meal. She was attentive, polite, and incredibly professional throughout my visit.

My experience with Royal Serena Banquet Hall was very bad. We booked the venue for my parents' 25th anniversary celebration, and from the start, it was a disaster. The biggest issue was the constant technical failures. We had power outages throughout the event, which disrupted the flow of the evening, and the sound system malfunctioned multiple times. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a venue that claims to be a professional event space. What made matters worse was the staff's complete lack of professionalism. They were not only unhelpful but downright rude. Despite our repeated attempts to get them to fix the issues, they were dismissive and uninterested in resolving anything and they were misbehaving with us. It was as if they had no idea how to manage an event or deal with customer concerns, I would never recommend this venue to anyone. If you're looking for a reliable space where you can focus on enjoying your event, look elsewhere. Royal Serena Banquet Hall is a disaster waiting to happen, and no one should trust them with their special day.
