It was winter time...shocked NO HEATER IN ROOMS OR HOTEL ,surprisingly in this technology world NO WIFI TOO!!!!! The food was Awesome,yummlisious, room service was good

One of the worst property in Ambala, they quote you higher prices at beginning and then reduces it drastically. At reception, the wifi works the best but the moment you reach on your floor, there is no wifi facility in the room. The bathroom is messy and pipelines leakage a lot. Very unprofessional and rude staffs. Maybe the entire staff are working only for their salary and don't know the professionalism of hospitality. Never ever visit the property.

Dustbin not there. toiletries kit not available. Rats clearly seen roaming around. quality of sandwiches not as per price and quality. room doesn't have hill view as mentioned while booking. suffocating rooms. Water only can be provided after 8am as kitchen opens that time. if u wake up by 6/7 sleep again.

They switch off electricity to save their bills Poor manager - worst I can say (Guy with spectacles) very tight and less space I asked for soap, it comes after 1 hour I attend marriage their, ask for 1 water bottle to take with me. Manager simply denies, very illiterate Negative environment Feels like they are insulting you every time Pros On main road and nothing else I suggest do not go for this. Rest is your choice Thanks

The place is nice, rooms are okay. Food is really reasonable. They don't allow alcohol and non veg, so keep that in mind before making any reservations there.
