I booked through call, when I visited there the individual in reception was lying on sofa and dint even get answer properly. The rooms and washroom were stinking, bedsheets and pillow cover we're so dirty I asked for new one which they refused. Adding to everything towel were torn and very dirty. Highly not recommended

Overall great experience at Hotel Vyom Vilas Ambala City. this was our first visit here I had a great experience. Highly recommended, also the Owner Kamal Rana very kind and friendly person. The rooms were clean and spacious.
