Hotel Solitaire Inn

Had a halt in Ambala and booked this hotel the same day before check in and already pre informed the hotel team that please make sure to keep the room clean. But when I reached there it was totally a mess. The bedsheets and pillow covers were all very dirty and even we saw cockroach coming out of under the bed when we called someone to clean that up. This is no it even in bathroom there were spiders running all over but we thought to ignore as we booked it for just one night as we have to leave early in the morning to continue our journey . Only thing that i liked is the location as it was on the Ambala - Chandigarh expressway .

Stayed last week it's not a hotel they just give you room on rent. Have never seen this bad service in any hotel line. No heaters in cold weather. Front desk guy was super rude and didn't even pick up calls from room. Worst stay

The room was in pathetic condition the bed sheet and pillow covers all were dirty and the staff was rude not ready to change after lot of arguments he changed both the sheets,apart from that there was no dental kit available when asked he refused that aswell after lot of arguments they send it.tje entire experience was not at all good wi ll not recommend any one for the same.l

Perfect Stay!! Expecting the least we had the most. The staff is very humble, welcomed warmly and had a perfect Stay, food was delicious, service was quick. Clean and spacious rooms, with fine furniture and amenities. Location is good as we were looking for an overnight stay close to Highway. It's a newly built property beautiful curated and managed.

Horrible place, don't ever think of staying at this place, first of all we were greeted by a very rude security guard, who behaved very badly with us at the gate, the room service was very bad, don't expect to get the the food before one hour after you order it. And the girl at the reception was also very rude, when I tried to complain her. Maybe all this happened because my stay was prepaid. But there are better options around this hotel, maybe try them. And then in this age , in the year 2021, this hotel is not pet friendly, I had to arrange for the stay of my pet dog in another hotel . Don't take any chances to stay here otherwise your stay will be spoiled like mine. Zero rating to this third class hotel.

Very very very bad service Staff has no manners to talk with coustmers After your reply. First off all you don't have any female staff at your reception.
