Hotel City Palace

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel City Palace, and i must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. The staff at Hotel City Palace are exceptional, providing impeccable service with a warm and demeanor. The rooms are not just rooms; they are havens of comfort and style. The tasteful decor, plush furnishings, and modern amenities created a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. Hotel City Palace is more than just a place to stay; it's an experience in itself.

Total waste of money washrooms are very dirty .Staff is not cooperative at all .

It's not a most high-level hotel, but the hotel manager and staff are outstanding helping nature and superb behavior. They treat us as customer is God.

Customer friendly people and up-to-date services, nice rooms,owner is a nice gentleman Sardar ji... Caretakers are also very obedient and honest people.I Dr.Dikshit from Ranchi Jharkhand stayed here and found it a perfect place to stay with all amenities.. I wish this hotel to grow day by day...with all the blessings of waheguru ji ..Dr.D.K.Dikshit..

According to price and staff it was best

Comfortable stay in a limited budget. Staff is very good. Nearby the railway station & bus stand also. Fooding are easily available nearby the hotel.Overall satisfied.

This hotel does not deserve any kind of star, there are dank filled rooms, no intercom facilities. Flush also does not work. Overall, staying here is a waste of money.
