Hotel BSR Residency

Summary of our experience. 1. Room was dirty. 2. Breakfast served was not properly cooked. 3. Utensils given was not cleaned.(Yellowish stain as if not properly washed.) 4. Charger point in room was burnt. 5. Charging points was made far from bed. 6. Lift was stinking badly.

This hotel is a must stay in ambala. Staff were friendly and welcoming from the time we arrived to the time we left. All the staff spoken good English. The food was the amazing giving a true taste of India. Comfortable beds and good shower facilities. Internet had good and reliable connection. This hotel is new and is a great place to stay.

A Little far from Railway Station and Bus stand but it's worth to Go there. You can feel the coziness in their rooms. Rooms are spacious and clean. Their restaurant set up is amazing which gives tasty food along with vibes of Bollywood era.

This is a very good Hotel as I came here for my brother's marriage.. The rooms are spacious, Clean, and well Furnished.. the Staff is pretty friendly.. Idk about the food coz we didn't eat here.. but.. my living experience here for 2 days 1 night was pretty good!.. 5 Star!!..

Really it was great stay for us. Excellent service provided by hotel staff. Room was neat and cleaned. They also provide transportation facilities. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included in. Check in and check out was quite simple.

I booked the room for 3 people. Room was not clean and bathroom was very unhygienic. One of the staff member was drunk. I checked in around 7 and left the room by 8 because it was not safe. Avoid booking room in BSR. Worst hotel. The other reviews are paid I think.

Nice place to stay with family. Staff were polite and supportive for late night dinner also.Food was awesome. Rooms were clean and properly maintained. Strongly recommended.

Staff is quite polite and room service is good . Neat and clean.. Food looks costly but worth giving that price ..they have best quality food available here
