One of the worst hotels to stay at Ambala There is bad odour in the room, bed & blanket. Cockroaches roam around rooms. Also it's a much unhygienic hotel & the management along with the hotel manager is also the worst, they don't even give you the bills of the hotel and provide lame excuses as the hard drive is damaged. Do not book this hotel to stay ever else it will be a nightmare for you.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE JUST HAD A FUNCTION AT THAT PLACE PER PLATE TOO MUCH COSTLY BUT SERVICE IS BELOW AVERAGE CHAIR COVER ARE SO DIRTY THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH GOOD MATERIAL TO HANDLE A FUNCTION AND MAXIMUM TIME THEY PROVIDE CATERING FOR THERE THIRD PARTY SO TASTE WAS ALSO BELOW AVERAGE SO WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE JUST BECAUSE OF POOR MANAGEMENT

Not a good experience. Rooms were stinky. They won't provide even a single water bottle in room. Also there were so many cigrate leftovers on the floor. Not Recommended

I booked the hotel through oyo. When I arrived with my family they speak we will not allow you to check inn....go and call oyo. No response from Oyo I called 2 times . Then they charges Rs 500 more to give us room. When called for dinner they speak they are open till 2230. When call for dinner they speak @2200 they speak we can't provide dinner. Room is also not good, curtains are not closing properly. Please don't book this hotel. In front of me I saw they didn't allow one more guy to check in , he booked from goibibo.....these people are thugs don't book this hotel.........stay away from it.
