Beautiful venue, warm hospitality -- but be cautious with the tied-up decorator. *********************************************************** We recently hosted our wedding at Best Western Country Woods and had a wonderful overall experience. The venue is stunning, spacious, and perfect for a wedding celebration. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff ensured a smooth experience for all our guests. A special shoutout to Vikas from the hotel team, who went above and beyond to support us at every step. From coordinating logistics to handling last-minute requests, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and calm -- truly a lifesaver during the chaos of wedding prep. The only downside was our experience with Rajiv Verma, the hotel's tied-up decorator. His coordination was poor, and on the wedding day, he was unreachable. The person he assigned lacked basic understanding of what was planned. Many of the finalized elements were either missed or changed without notice, and any concerns raised were simply denied or brushed off. While I'd highly recommend the venue and especially Vikas for his exceptional support, I'd strongly suggest re-evaluating or carefully managing the decorator if you go with the hotel's recommendation. The place deserves better partners.

We are travelling from Amritsar to Delhi and planned for the stay in between. So we booked Best Western based on the rating of 4.1 and it is worth it. The price is moderate, the service is great and food at Spice Route is amazing. In Breakfast the team helped a lot, specially Miss Ragini and her crew member (many but would like to highlight Mr. Deepak) was top notch and helping us with the menu. Their politeness made the stay more wonderful. Would love to visit again

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations for a transit stay. The rooms were spacious, and the location was perfect - right on the highway, making it convenient for a quick stopover. The food and drinks were good, and the prices were reasonable. The service was top-notch; the staff were attentive, quick, and efficient. However, the breakfast spread and quality were a bit below average, which was the only drawback. Also, performance of their wifi as well as of Airtel 5G(albeit no fault of property owners) was severely low. Overall, considering the price and service, I'd highly recommend this hotel for a short stay. It's an excellent choice for travelers looking for a convenient and hassle-free experience.

Cozy hotel tucked away into trees and nature. Clean spot to do all your activities, pool and gym as well. Rooms are well maintained and spacious. Great overlook nature. The chefs and service do a great job. Everyone from the crew come with smile all the time and act professionally. Beautifully decorated. Sweet place to spend time. Just try it out.

Our stay at the resort was incredibly comfortable, thanks to the excellent service and hospitality. A special mention to Vikas, our manager, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was managed seamlessly. He was extremely understanding, attentive to our needs, and made sure our stay was smooth and pleasant. The beautiful venue combined with the outstanding service made the occasion even more memorable. I highly recommend this resort for any special event or a relaxing getaway!

My colleagues and I recently stayed at this hotel for business purposes. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The rooms are very old and in need of renovation. The food was also not up to the mark, which was a letdown. In the past, the service at this hotel was good, but during our stay, it was just average. We had requested a king-size bed, but due to a function, most of the rooms were sold out. The hotel staff promised to provide us with the room the next day, but they failed to deliver on their promise. The gym was in a pathetic condition, with all the machines in bad shape. It seemed like the gym was just a token facility to impress guests, rather than a genuinely usable space. Considering the high room rates, we expected much better amenities and services. Overall, the hotel needs to make significant improvements in all areas to justify its prices.
