Akash Motel

The manager was very courteous and helpful. We had informed him that we'll arrive very late in the night (around 2:00 am) by train. He had made arrangements prior to our arrival and eager to make our stay pleasant even when we arrived after 2 in the night. The bedsheets were a bit dirty but they were changed immediately when we asked him. The room also had an A/C and LCD televsion which we were not expecting since the price of the room was very low. The bathroom was clean and spacious with running hot water. Overall it was a very god experince.

We reached Ambala from Delhi on bikes at around 11p.m. I had called them up to make an enquiry and they were courteous to guide us. The room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was clean as well. They provided AC also. Only problem we found was that it is located next to the railway track. So there was train sound very often. Apart from that the hotel experience was very good.

Located at 2 minutes walking distance from the railway station. That's the only plus point. The room faces the railway tracks. So every time a train passes blaring it's horn, the whole room shakes. |If you are staying there better have food outside. They just order the food from some dhabha and it is not good at all. The service was ok, staff is polite. The water in the bathroom was very dirty.

Nice motel services have to improve

They guys there have literally the worst attitude. Especially the guy who picks up the number mention here is too arrogant. Just asked him about the services they provide and he hung up after rudely talking and not even replying to a single thing I asked. Change your attitude else close this so called motel. And not only this, their rates change within seconds as well. Good luck with that.

Too near to Rail lines, so noisy almost every 10 min. Really hard to have sound sleep. Just OK in maintenance, cleanliness. No parking of its own, but manageable. Connecting roads very bad.

This is really a topclass motel in its location and it is in centre, that is why it deserves appreciation. They have provided excellent and economic services to their customers, can't express. Simply perfect for this motel..
