OYO 8623 Hotel Destination

We stayed one night in this hotel. We were asked to pay the same price as on booking.com, and only with some prodding were we offered 'complimentary' breakfast, that is on booking com included in the price. The A/C room was big and we were initially quite happy. But whenever I tried to sleep, something seemed to crawl on my arms, which turned out to be hundreds of little beetles. They didn't bite, and quickly vanished as soon as the light was turned on. We told the hotel, and were put into another room. There, the airconditioning didn't work, but we were still charged the A/C room rate.||We had asked for unbuttered toast due to our still recovering tummies, but received buttered toast. When we returned it, we got untoasted bread, which we again returned to be toasted, but never got back. When we checked out, they wanted to charge us for breakfast, that was to be complimentary anyway, beside that we ended up eating nothing. All in all not a pleasant stay and some of the staff's attiude was cheating. We will not return or recommend.

My entire shimla Manali trip was planned by Hotel Destination. I was travelling with my two little girls and they made it so comfortable for us. And economical. Good Staff. Always courteous and ready to help at a moments notice. and the food they served us was so awesome. My girls still remember the taste and brag about. I would definetely plan my next long distance vacation with the same people. It was an awesome experience. Keep it up guys. and THANK YOU.

Its a good hotel.Good hospitality.Good staff and clean rooms.Timely service and food is also good.Location wise also suitable.Worth staying. Should try and i will like to come here and stay even next time i visit this city. I would recommend to all to stay here amd enjoy the experience. You will not regret.

Average hotel in the heart of the city. Very heavy traffic just outside the hotel. Parking may be a problem sometime as no parking place. Food is average. Location is the only plus point. Main market of the Ambala, Sadar Bazar isa at a walking distance. Good eating outlets are just outside the hotel like Prakash Coffeehouse, Chat Bhandar, Sateeja ice cream, etc

I visited there for a competition near by Hotel was clean and service was fantastic.whatever our team requested they gived us that and only I didn't like was that there service was little slow

Satisfactory stay ,Online booking .....but facility and services were not that effcient.....Roof top and Vacant areas were not proper cleaned up... Non A.c. rooms were not that satisfying....A.c. were at par level .... . Thanks

They won't accept your oyo bookings and will you to pay the amount that they have set, chose some other hotel over this one.

This hotel gives you a retro feeling and one more thing don't book via Oyo specially pre-book. These guys don't accept that booking.
