The only good thing was that the manager was very helpful. Rooms were dirty, there were used water bottles under the bed. There was so much dust on the fan that i was afraid to switch it on. Bed sheets were not very neat. To top it all off, middle of the night i woke up as i heard some noise and found a big mouse digging through the dustbin. I asked the night incharge person to remove it, to which he laughed replied, "it's in the dustbin, not on the bed na, so it's ok". After arguing, they changed my room but i couldn't sleep cz who knows what is lurking in the room. Although i booked for 3 nights, i checked out the next day.

This Hotel is really suitable for everyone. I have spend a night there. I am giving 5 stars only because of a boy who works there. He was a very innocent boy and he is available to take orders from you at night too. At check out, when I paid the bill he even forgot about the coffee so I made him remember. The owner of the oyo told us to pay the amount of tea and coffee to that boy because after all he makes all this. IT WAS A NICE GESTURE. The only bad experience was that the owner asked me to open my OYO App and told me to go and check MY ORDERS and tap on the give review section and check all the boxes and give 5 starts like I don't know anything and I am fool. It is the only reason you are seeing this Hotel with "5 star ratings" on OYO ROOM because the owner makes the customers to give them 5 stars who don't know about these things that how to give reviews and all. But overall you will not get any budget hotel better than this in Ambala who gives you good services.

We - a couple with a one and half year old kid stayed at this hotel for a night. The rooms are very small. There is no room service. It's built on a small plot size of about 100 sq yds. The strong smell that comes in one of the rooms is probably of phenyl and not the foul smell of toilet. The staff was co operative and offered us extra blanket for no cost. It is also close to major locations of Ambala cantt for example - Jain Soda Water, Jewellery market etc. If you are looking for an affordable stay and not very very particular about small things in life then you can spend the night here. Not recommended for a long stay. Good option for people travelling alone, business tours, bachelors. We booked at a 20 percent discounted rate from redbus at 650/-

Hotel is good. Owner of the hotel is too good. He use to take reviews from the customers time to time. Little bit issue with the tv channels. You will get almost local channels instead of star plus , sony. Overall hotel is good for pleasant stay.

Value for money but there are several issue like leakage in the washroom, hot water come from cold water tap and cold water come from hot water tap. There is a poor wifi connection.
