The capacity of lift was 3 persons but it was self operated five persons entered and lift stucks no siren etc one of the snacks was stale.though waiters were quick to serve it is at outskirts of Ambala city the entrance from Highway side was not lit properly it affects visibility

Horrible experience. We stay here on 7th March 2024. First They asked clear our room bill in advance. We are ok with it. Then they asked us to clear food bill in front of our guests. We requested to settle same in morning but they rudely denied. Even after clearing our bills, staff asked us for tip. Then after we asked for extra pillow they refused. They are Very unprofessional. Didn't recommend this place.

The restuarant is beautiful, the food delicious but a bit exorbitant. The serving staff is quite slow and would'nt leave you without you giving them tip. You can go there if you want peace from your hectic life, it is on the highway but in a secluded place. The parking facility is good.

After a good experience the first time, i had come here the second time with high hopes. But all the front desk seemed to be interested in this time was giving rude replies to customers having bad experience, both in person and on this forum rather than taking the pain to rectify it. A customer comes to a premier hotel giving high tariff rates for their stay with expectations and if you think you are doing us a favour by giving us a room, you are sadly mistaken. A clear lack of staff for service, big holes in the wall of the supposedly best room of your hotel, a horrible cleanliness standard of the room , tea bags lying wide open on the tray with dust accumulated in them over a period of God knows how long, coupled with instantaneous rude reply from the reception on asking for addressing the issues clearly displays the high level of unprofessionalism on your part. Being one of the customers who was very happy with your services the first time and recommended it highly to other people coming here too, you have disappointed me badly this time. And rather than being arrogant and replying to this extensive review with your instantaneous insulting reply, kindly take it positively and improve upon them and I look forward to a better service the next time I m here.

Amazing place. They have put on a lot of effort to make you feel privileged. Friendly staff and good variety of food. Food is also amazing, specially mutton dishes. They do have a all sports bar where you can hang out with your friends and enjoy a game of 8-ball.

Amazing place to stay. Great food and the hospitality was outstanding. It is set up in acres of land and gives you a good feeling of a resort. One can stay there to rejuvenate and spend quality time with family. They even have a lounge with good music and pool tables for youngsters. Overall a must visit.

It is located a little far from the city but they make up for it by providing convenient pick up and drops. The room seemed recently renovated. The bed was small for me height though. Food was good and service was prompt. Staff was very cooperative and warm.|They also have a marriage banquet and that could be an issue, with loud music at night.

The hotel seems to be just converted from marriage hall to resort it seems but still staff is very courteous nd helpful nd go beyond their call of duty. Good food and good place to stay however you will not feel like staying in hotel as you need to walk out to of your room to restaurant nd have food. The sport bar is added advantage if you are sportsman and want to have beer while playing snooker or billiard. Overall it is good.
