Hotel Puran Palace

There are lots of mosquitoes and bedbugs in the room, it is not clean at all

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed There is a pub inside the hotel because of which music continues to disrupt our peace till 1 am Food is so expensive that we can't get full and our bill came to Rs 1000 for 2 persons Food is also tasteless. Total waste of money Rooms are all smelly and very small. Location is also very far from GT Road though this hotel is in market place but there isn't anything worth visit nearby hotel.

The hotel is on the main road, valet is available for parking. The restaurant is a bit costly, but you have food options available outside. Service is very good.

Overpriced rooms, overpriced food and paper thin walls which will subject you to all the noise and chatter going on in the corridor outside the room. A water bottle is charged at Rs.100/- That which should be the least expensive. The room looks clean. But the issue is the non soundproof walls. I could not sleep the whole Saturday night because of the noise outside the room. You could literally hear people inquiring at the reception, utensils clinking in the kitchen , people flushing their toilets. To me it was an expensive and unfortunate experience.

Stayed again at this hotel. Service was better than last time but I saw bugs in the room roaming on the bed and the side table. That wasn't very nice. Hope they do a pest control soon. Otherwise it was good.

We stayed here a few months back and we did not like the cleanliness and staff behaviour

Decent place to stay. |Ok rooms considering Ambala and the cost point. Rooms are very basic, Washrooms are pathetic. Service staff is not friendly in the hotel. |Only attraction is the sky lounge on roof top. Amazing service at the lounge. |Valet parking available, medical shops and ATM at stone throw away. |Manageable stay within Ambala Cantt. |
