Pathetic services and staff. Worst hotel I ever stayed over priced, broken taps smelly blankets and sheets, on complaining the staff behaved very rudely. No staff to carry luggage at the time of check in and check out. Power cut for almost 3 hours air conditioner was not working and no ventilation in rooms. Not at all recommended. Zero ratings.

No windows in rooms is a big let down for me. The rooms at the ground floor can only be accessed once you pass through the cafe which is another big no for me. We also came across a packet of something that can embarrass you if are with family, which shows the level of cleanliness. The service staff did everything we asked for and the location is great too, but I'd prefer not to stay here again.

The most outstanding factor in the hotel is the gracious and courteous staff that always greets you with a smile on their face. We loved our cozy room and the staff was always accomodating of our requests. The hotel location is great and everything is easily reachable. It is a great and safe place to stay with your family. Thank you for a memorable experience.

I visited here in cafe Ludo. As named this cafe have Ludo printed table where you can enjoy game of Ludo. Here you can enjoy good interior views, slow music, delicious taste and large variety of food. Here he served free welcome Ludo shots (non alcoholic). Polite behaviour of staff. Must recommend to visit atleast once and enjoy game of Ludo.

Awesome place. I could connect to my family so well that how three hours passed we didn't come to know. No one was watching mobile but enjoying the ludo. Food was delicious. Great place to go. Team of Hotel Gold and cafe Ludo keep it up.

Most terrible hotel I ever been. Never recommend. Don't believe good reviews, looks like they are cheating. (90% of reviews done 8 month ago, bad reviews all other time) 1) no window, air is not coming to the room 2) kitchen is next door - noise till 23:30 and huge roaches in the room and toilet 3) a lot of mosquitoes 4) old and damaged bad sheet 5) toilet paper on the table in cafe but not in the toilet 6) fan extremely noisy 7) roaches are thinner than the walls - you hear everything 8) wi fi not working 9) some other minor defects 1 star for food and service...

Location, food, staff courtesy, staycation and even the minor parameters deserves 5 out of 5 ratings. One can actually experience the significance of true hospitality here. Thankyou for creating some fine memories!

A great experience. The cafe is super. Perfect ambience, great aura and excellent food. A very pleasing place. Would love to visit repeatedly. Great place to go to with family and friends or just as a couple
