Capital O 29265 Hotel Gold

Rented 2 rooms in this hotel from goibibo.com But manager mr. Sanjive is not rady to get us checked-in. He said that they are no more affiliated with ogibibo and asked us to rent room there at rate which is more then double what we paid for the same. Really bad experience.

This is a New property , Rooms are very clean and washrooms are awesome, the staff at the Hotel is also very Supportive, the Hotel is very near to Ambala Cannt Station. The Restaurant of the Hotel is in making hence u have to arrange the food on Ur own for 3 months though they prepare Breakfast here and the breakfast is very good.

I booked a room though OYO. I done payment online. But when i reach there they told that OYO has booked room at very low price. They told me to give Rs800 extra, or they will not accept OYO bookings. One thing that hotel manager keeps on repeating OYO SE BAAT KARO, OYO SE BAAT KARO.... Never book this hotel. There is no fan in reception also. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.

I booked a room in this hotel, for 2 days, we reached the hotel after traveling 280 km from Noida, then the manager there tells us that you can not check in, what should you talk to the customer, and we also have some reason Did not tell Wasn't even talking properly. He was acting very badly.

Had an worst experience here we booked the hotel using Goibibo we got pnr no ,booking ID but the hotel owner refused to have one he suggested us another hotel at cheap rate. But the money was already deducted when we confirmed it with Goibibo they said it is showing you have already checked in. Hotel owner lied them that customer didn't came room is booked.

Excellent Hotel at affordable price with excellent service and hospitality. The Cafe Ludo is just awesome. Location is great being near to railway station and Bus stand. Memorable stay

Room booked through OYO app (online) not accept by the hotel manager. Behavior is very rude and service is not well as per rent

It's good ,clean and maintained property as under price range..I feel good to stay here with clean comfy and hygenin room.
