Hotel Green

The hotel property is decent and the location is quite convenient. However, the biggest drawback--and unfortunately a deal-breaker--is the unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate behavior of the hotel staff. Despite the place having potential, the staff's attitude towards guests is shockingly poor and needs serious improvement in terms of customer service and basic respect. While the hotel and its location are alright, the conduct of the staff completely ruined the experience. Until serious changes are made towards the hospitality and customer interaction, I would advise others to consider alternative accommodations. One staff person made it seem as though they're doing you a favor or charity by allowing you to stay at their hotel! It's honestly that kind of behavior. I would have rated the hotel 3/5 if it was not for this. But the poor hospitality experience makes it not worth even 1/5.

Absolutely pathetic service. Room was in horrible condition - unhygienic and clearly not cleaned. Will never return.

Low quality room filled with condoms and no hospitality for guest. Very unsatisfied with room and service . Very pathetic

Very bad experience, rooms are so dirty and small . Even washroom is not clean, mosquitos all over the room. Bed sheet and blanket is also not clean. Lots of disturbance around surroundings that u can't sleep whole night . Worst experience. Wastage of money .

I too AC room. But the control is with receiption. I dint slept because there is very huge noise with the AC, I complaint to them, but no use...so, pls check every thing before making payment

Decent newly built AC rooms with comfortable bed in reasonable price. But all rooms are not spacious. Good to spend a night or two. Stairs are very steep makes it really difficult to climb specially for old people. Less stars for too poor room and reception service. Although a reception guy went with us to manage our luggage from the railway station.

Stayed there for 1night Positives: 1) Near Ambala Cant Junction. Just walkable 2) Lot of nice Dhaba near by. Had lunch and breakfast at pure veg Bachan Da Dhaba. It was awesome. 3) Easy to get auto for local transport 4) Hotel staff will take your luggage to room Negatives 1) No Lift 2) Cigarette smell in stairs and common area. 3) Room is small. 4) more cleanliness is required 5) Towel was not clean.

Nice rooms with small place. Not preferable for families. Main backdrop is that they don't have lift all the rooms are in top floor .
