We are satisfied with service. Very cooperative staff

This property seems good but I had a bad experience during my stay due to their electricity issues. Rooms were okay but i found them overpriced. Also there was a mouse in my room all of a sudden which was very unexpected. Struggled there for hot water and after informing multiple times for the same they didn't seem to do anything. If you are expecting good hospitality, complementary stuff like toilet roll, tea, coffee, water bottles then it's not an option.

We were a group of people who went to attend a sports event at War memorial stadium.|Cons|There were rats in the rooms we stayed in.|The blankets were dusty and I got throat issues with that. |The room I stayed in had a bathroom which was stinking due to the drain. Since the hotel was booked fully, I could not be allotted any other room. |No kettle facility. Only hand wash and body wash will be given as toiletries||Pros|Location is very close to War memorial Stadium.|Service was decent though wrt getting breakfast, helping us with the luggage etc. ||Rooms definitely need to be upgraded and maintained with hygiene.|Bed linen and towels should be cleaner.|Please don't go by the photos.

Good hotel with almost everything one required during business Trip. Good food with nice rooms. Visited during August 2024.

The place is well maintained. Highly recommend their breakfast options but avoid having dinner from room service unless you like your food a bit salty. Overall can't complain. The staff was helpful. A little dust on the lampshades, which made me a little uncomfortable once I noticed it. The bathrooms were clean and the location is pretty nice too with a thriving market and local public transport plying regularly for most of the day.

Very bad experience, booked online with breakfast through portal but have paid at hotel with new booking. When I asked for breakfast they said its chargeable. I was like really. I said I will complain about this staff person said go ahead i dont care...

very nice experience staying here. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were decent. Enjoyed our time here.
