Poor staff communication also hinders effective management, and price rates are not standardized. Very tiny rooms with amenities other than a Towel and a soap. They provide water bottles with RO water. I was allotted room 407, when I checked washroom it was like someone has done pee on toilet seat. Stains on toilet. After my complaint they changed my room to 402. Here again I found Spider nets on Ac. Bedsheets and blankets are full of stains. Like the bedsheets are not changed from last so many days and stains on blankets are also so heavy. Very poor maintainance and unexperienced staff. Toilets were also dirty. No hangers in washrooms to keep towels and clothes. Bucket and mugs are kept loose and untidy. Very unproffesional management.
