Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Food Quality in Recent ( In Deluxe Punjabi Fix Thali ). Dear Hotel The Grand Khodiyar Team, I recently placed an order through your platform, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the food received. The paneer sabji had a strong, unpleasant smell and tasted extremely tangy, indicating that the paneer might have been expired or not fresh. It was also very rubbery and difficult to chew. Additionally, the mix veg sabji was not prepared well and lacked freshness and taste. Overall, the meal was far below acceptable standards and has left me very dissatisfied. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action. I would also appreciate a refund or compensation for this poor experience. Thank you, Vatsal Patel

We are from New Zealand so our visit was for an wedding. The service was 100% on point, we were given tea every morning. Helped when we needed it. The room was spacious and clean. Little shops for water bottles downstairs. Good menu for food.

Visited for a local wedding and very impressive. Their restaurant provides a wide variety of cuisine. We tried indo chinese and local breakfast items and would highly recommend visiting for their food alone even if not staying here.

It's a best place for Lunch and Dinner with Family. I have been visiting many times during the Diwali Celebration with my family and friends. They have a good arrangement overall. Friendly staff and serving food with smiley faces. They also have garden restaurants and banquet hall for birthday party, baby shower, personal conference and many more events. Top management in Visnagar.
