The City Tower Hotel & Restaurant

We had a great stay at The City Tower. Despite arriving at midnight, the check-in process was smooth and quick, and the check-out was equally efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel offered in-room dining, and the meals we had were delicious. Located near Veraval railway station, The City Tower provides excellent value for money. I would highly recommend it!

Rating: 1/5 I recently had the misfortune of staying at this hotel, and my experience was decidedly subpar. Despite its reputation, the hotel fails to deliver on its promised facilities and services. The hotel's location is less than ideal, and the lack of dedicated parking forces guests to park in a nearby lane. This oversight sets the tone for a stay marred by inconsistencies. Cleanliness and maintenance were significant concerns. Our room had noticeable stains on the bedsheets, and the washrooms were unhygienic. Essential accessories like shower nozzles were missing or poorly maintained. A disturbing incident occurred when the commode in our washroom malfunctioned, spraying water outside during flushing. This unacceptable issue made the washroom experience even more unpleasant. The following day, we returned to find our room door wide open, despite having been checked by the staff. This blatant disregard for security left us feeling vulnerable. The hotel's lack of an on-site restaurant meant relying on room service, which was often delayed and required multiple calls to the front desk. To make matters worse, the hotel's rates are grossly overpriced considering the subpar amenities and services provided. Guests would be better off exploring alternative options that offer better value for their money. Overall, my stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Experience during my professional stay for 3 days in Dec24, even though I usually don't keep expectations from hotels except for clean room and Lenin with paid food services when u pay 3000 plus taxes. Their restaurant is closed since 8 months and manipulating CP facility. Better bargain with out breakfast. Location is centrally located but owners has no idea how the hotel is been run. Seems mismanagement are seen every turn around

Pathetic experience. Zero quality. Negative hygiene. Water was splashing out of pot whenever we pressed flush button. All the bedsheets and blankets were having stains on them, they changed them twice but was of no use. The receptionist will pick your phone and will put it on hold many a times just because he was having some personal calls. All the rooms will be getting opened just with one key, in one of our rooms some random person walked in out of nowhere in the morning while we were sleeping. There was no proper apology for the unwelcoming hospitality. Not at all preferred.

Worst hotel in veraval to stay. I would like to insist every one thinking about staying in this hotel to check reviews before staying. I might have rated ZERO but rating start from ONE STAR, I have to give it. Below points are for my zero rating 1. As per hotel charges they charge higher as compared to their services and ambience. 2. I asked for a room for family, and they confirmed my room also. But after reaching there I found out that they allotted my room to some other person, as my check-in was at 8 pm in evening. They then alloted me some random room to me, in which the cover of mattresses were very dirty (please keep this in mind before booking). The washroom they provided were dirty which I had to request them to make it perfectly clean ( for using from the ladies point of view, ladies please dont go on by seeing the photos they have uploaded in their advertisement) 3. After also requesting them to provide clean bedsheet and quilt cover many times, the so called GM (present at night duty) replied that they didn't receive the laundry till now ( i.e. 12:00 at night) and will provide the same as it arrives and as per service it never arrived. They don't even have 3-4 pair of bedsheet and laundry items for providing better service. 4. The so called GM is very rude in his talking as he replied that many other room persons are also complaining about the laundry service ( that made me not to wait about their services). 5. All persons who are going to book the hotel by looking the pics of their room online. Please be careful and don't go for booking. As they don't deserve to run a hotel as per their hospitality. Please don't let your family suffer. 6. Also their is no restaurant in it, although the so called Mr. GM ( will say that breakfast will be provided with extra charge) , they might be bringing the unhealthy food from outside sources and will serve you with double or triple charge. They put some tea making items in your room to show their hospitality, but the kettle present in their room is so dirty, that one might get ill after making and drinking tea in it. "ZERO WORTH FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY" I give ZERO RATING.

It was very nice stay with this hotel, staff was very cooperative and room was clean. Hotel is 5 mnts walking from Veraval ST stand and 8-10 mnts from station

This hotel deserves rating in minus. The dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Worst service, dirty towels they'll give, they didn't change the bedding it seemed to be used smelling washroom with really dirty pot. Pathetic condition of the room.

Rooms are neat and clean with good service, breakfast is very tasty. Location is in the middle of the city. Recommended for family stay.
