HOTEL PLATINUM - Best Hotel, Budget Hotel, Ac Hotel

It is a very good hotel, you should stay here. The staff also provides very good service and the cleanliness is very good Even after our family checked out, they took good care of our luggage and let us keep it until 8 pm. I am sincerely grateful to Hareshbhai, the owner, and his staff members.

Nice experience, well maintained, staff & owner's behaviour so humble. No disappointment anywhere. Recommended for group, solo any kind of trip.

Best as a location point of view . Very near to station . Rooms are big .All type of rooms n range are available. This hotel is getting renovated so this makes a 1st choice of selection. Room amenities could be better quality. note- Before check in is 500 extra so better to book offline n negotiate.Even if show 24 hr checkin.

Worst hotel I visited ever. I had booked the said hotel at Rs.3500 for 6th November through Agoda for 3 people and mentioned for early check-in at the time of booking, but hotel manager denied early check-in and charged Rs.2000 for just 2 hours early check-in. After paying Rs.2000 also extra he has provided a room without a faucet in toilet, not even a shower in bathroom. Also uncleaned bathroom. I booked the room for 3 people, but then also they didn't provided extra bed, asking for extra money for the same.

I recently stayed at Hotel Platinum, Veraval , and it was a good experience. The room was clean and quite specious. The location is excellent--conveniently near the bus station and railway station. I just have to mention- We have checked out at 6 am and came to know our train is late by 4 hours. We called the reception and they allowed us to wait in room which is very much appreciated. Good staff.
