The hospitality staff were young and friendly. It's 2 km from Veraval railway station and few hundred meters from the bus stand, close to the main road. But the lift in so tiny and the service staff were on leave on the day of our visit. Hence we didn't get breakfast or food and had to go out

I had an amazing stay at hotel damodar. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect close to major attractions but still peaceful. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting
Nice and peaceful place staff is very friendly and good. Food service and other services are nice and very fast I must say. Great interior and luxurious theme. Rooms are clean and higenic and bathroom is good and clean. I honestly like that place and I must prefer this hotel.
Before You Book This Hotel, Please Read All Reviews Carefully We made the mistake of not reading the reviews and found ourselves in a terrible situation. The staff makes false promises, and the owner blindly supports them. If you're planning to visit Somnath Temple, it's better to book a hotel closer to the temple. There are plenty of good and budget-friendly options within a reasonable price range. You'll get a foul smell coming from the window as nearby area is very Smelley and property location is weird. Key Concerns: Location and Transportation: Apart from the railway station, all temples and tourist spots are quite far, leading to higher auto and cab charges compared to the Somnath area. Getting an auto from the railway station is particularly challenging. Even if they agree to commute, they often charge almost double the usual fare. Service and Management Issues: One of the worst experiences we've had. While booking the hotel, we clearly discussed and were assured of early check-in at 5 AM (during winter). However, when we arrived, the hotel had already allocated our room to another guest. This left us standing outside the hotel in the cold with a 5-year-old child--a highly uncomfortable and distressing situation for our family. Limited Transport Options: App-based cab services are unavailable in this area, forcing you to walk to the main road to find an auto. It took us nearly 30 minutes to arrange one, which added to the tough situation we were already facing. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Choose wisely to avoid similar hardships.
had a great time here. place gives positive vibes. Services were also good and enjoyed my holiday here. The staff also communicated very nicely. Prices are also reasonable. Must have a stay here.
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite paying extra for early check-in, I had to wait for 1.5 hours at the reception before getting my room. We booked a room for three adults, but the room provided was extremely small with a tiny bathroom. The shower wasn't working, there was a foul smell coming from the window, and water from the bathroom would spill into the room while bathing. I even had to use a different bathroom to take a proper shower. To make matters worse, the towel provided had a large hole in it. When we requested a room change, we were told it would be done in a few hours. However, after waiting, a staff member rudely insisted they would fix the issues in the same small room and refused to change it. Only after repeated requests did we finally get a new room. Additionally, this hotel is very far from the Somnath Temple. If you're planning to visit Somnath, I recommend choosing a hotel closer to the temple. There are far better options available near the temple. The only positive aspect is that the hotel is close to the RailwayStation. While the rooms may look beautiful, the bathrooms are poorly designed, cramped, and unhygienic. It's also worth noting that this hotel rarely takes accountability for their shortcomings. Instead, they often blame customers in their replies to reviews, as can be seen here. Cons: Very small bathrooms with non-functional showers. Water spills into the room while bathing. Foul smell from the room window. Towel provided had a large hole in it. Poor service: waited 1.5 hours for early check-in even after paying extra. The hotel is located in a shady area with narrow roads. Too far from Somnath Temple, making it inconvenient for temple visits. Pros: Close to the airport.
