Hotel Scintilla

Very Rude staff who doesn't know how to talk to customers. And very greedy as well. I booked the room online, but hotel cancelled the booking last mail without any intimation saying i didn't call them and was late for checkin. They wanted to sell at higher price to last minute customers. Then started shouting over phone. Location is vv far away from the main temple..avoid it

I recently stayed at hotel scintilla and had an great experience . The rooms were clean Staff are very kind & helpful Our all good experience with family...

Very suffocated & small rooms, not so clean bed sheets, we stayed there and so disappointed with the breakfast. They made us wait for more than 2 hours for breakfast which was complimentary .

Great facilities available and quite near the temple. Had a good stay for family vacation.

Nice hotel in the outskirts of somnath. Open area cleaning is poor. Building is good but maintenance is poor. Response time for electric failure is too long. Lift is good, but 1 st floor button not working. Negligence by maintenance team.

Recently I stayed 27th July 10pmto 28th morning 7.30am. Lift not working to1stfloor. Frequent power failure. Always runs in genset noisy not able to sleep. Not worthy to stay. Room rent is high without any facilities. No restaurant. If you want to leave early it is notworth to stay in this hotel even if you tell in advance manager is not obliging. Room rent is inclusive of breakfast. No ample parking. Not suitable in rainy days. Very far away from main road. No restaurant. On the whole I had a bad experience.

If you are visiting to somnath temple this hotel can be a budget friendly at great value.. Rooms are very clean Service is good When I visited restaurants was not available I visited honest nr to this place for food At night flies are a problem if you go down or open window which can be avoided..

This will definitely be a different type of google review! I have not stayed here but I called this hotel to book two rooms for three persons - myself, my wife n my cousin sister.. Just listening this, the person on call rudely said, "ame familyne j rooms apie chhie, avi rite room apta nathi! ".. Of course, the behavior n tone of the person were so rude that I decided to never stay at this place in future..But after this incidence, I wonder whether the situation has become so worse that a person needs to travel with either a child or a senior citizen to prove that he/she is with a "family"!!! However, I m giving 3 stars to appreciate their adherence to "their rules" (which is good for a business).. But have cut two stars for rude n insulting behavior! :-)
