The grand Somnath hotel

Beautiful place if you are in transit. Absolutely outstanding warm staff and great food. Smooth checkin and checkout. Me and my family could rest well and enjoy.

Staying at this hotel was a regrettable experience. The moment I checked in, the receptionist was dismissive and barely acknowledged my presence. Exhausted from a long journey, I was hoping for a quick and smooth check-in, but the staff's attitude was far from welcoming. When I finally made it to my room, I found it in complete darkness. The lights didn't work, and no one had informed me of any power issues. I called the front desk to report the problem, but the response was brusque and unhelpful. "There's nothing we can do about it now," the receptionist snapped, offering no apologies or solutions. I spent the night fumbling around in the dark, unable to even charge my phone. The experience was disheartening and frustrating. The lack of basic amenities and the staff's rudeness made my stay at the Riverside Inn one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Never recommend
