We were here for a relative's function. Even though the location and property is nice the service and infrastructure is third grade and downright dangerous. My cousin tried to have a shower, put the water tap on cold and switched on the shwoer. Boiling hot water came out of the shower and burnt his face. He has to undergo months of skin treatment now. The staff didn't even bother to apologise or even try to find out the problem as many rooms wete having scalding hot water coming out of the basins. Room service is non existent, if you ask for an extra towel they flat out refuse. Support for bags to be taken out during chevkout .. sorry can't be done. The windows in some rooms didn't have a fastener and the large windows open with a small push. We were protecting our kids every moment we were inside. It is bloody pathetic how bad the infrastructure and low grade the service. Please don't book this place for any functions...your guests will go home with injuries or worse. This place should be inspected by safety insepctors and not allowed to operate.. absolutely no one in that place gives a shit .. and they don't even have a First aid box! My cousin left the place with burn injuries and our kids barely escaped not falling out of the windows.

Well haven't seen the rooms,went their for having a coffee, while I must admit, it has an impressive ambience . For food they need to work hard. I am sure if the food, coffee etc would become better , it will become a go to place for many locals.

My face got burned while taking a shower and nobody seems to care! Now I have undergo extensive medical treatment. This place is extremely dangerous as boiling water is coming from Shower & Wash Basin. When you turn the nob towards Cold water, piping HOT water flushes out. Pathetic infrastructure to say the least. Wish government officials will take action against this resort, Keep your kids away from Shantivan Resort Valsad. PS : nobody even cleaned our rooms on a daily basis or replaces towels & toiletries! There is no concept of house keeping.

Fine resort cum hotel with spacious place for parking and event management. Situated in heart of the city and near to bus depot and railway station. Service of the staff is very satisfactory.

We chose this property for my brother's wedding after seeing more than 20 properties in and around Valsad. It provided top-class service round the clock and made sure all the guests hosted by them were comfortable. The staff is really polite and helpful. The room are pretty good with ample space. They were clean and pretty comfortable. The food and catering was in house and it was soothing for all the age groups: flavourful and not spicy. The property hosts a garden cafe and an attached party plot canopied by mango trees making it a high level photograph setup. Most of our functions were held here. The place provides a fun Indian Bollywood vibe. It is highly recommended for marriage functions, one day parties and family gatherings. The team over there made our work easy.

Its an ideal place for events. Rooms that we saw were clean but bathrooms could get better. It looked damp, dark and not very clean. The banquet hall was good and could fit decent amount of guests. Location is a plus, greenery as well. Expansion of rooms and an outdoor swimming pool is under construction at the moment.

Very big and well-maintained property. Would be more happy if full day cook was available for preparing customised lunch and dinner just like breakfast.
