Terrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. While the location is right in front of the sea, it is extremely isolated, with hardly any good options nearby. If you arrive at night, be prepared for a terrifying experience--there are no streetlights, and the area feels completely unsafe with no proper security at the hotel. The room I stayed in was in terrible condition. The locks were not working, the wallpaper was peeling off, and to make matters worse, the window wouldn't open. The washroom was also in poor condition, with a broken knob on the inside, making it difficult to use properly. The food service was just as bad--meals were never prepared on time , taste was not upto the mark. Breakfast buffet laid was cold. Everything in the hotel seemed to be broken or not functioning properly. I had to call reception every 10 minutes just to get basic things sorted, and the service was painfully slow. If you're looking for a comfortable, hassle-free stay, this is NOT the place for you. Avoid at all costs! Only saving point could be view of the sea from the room but due to pigeons they have shut the windows which completely spoils the experience .

Worst experience. Room was not clean. Bed sheets had hair. Flush stopped working after sometime. We ordered food which came one and half hour late and roti was cold and potato was raw. Chain Singh charged us extra even after talking to him on call about the charges. Worst experience

Rooms are good, spacious, the staff is polite and courteous. Especially the gentleman at the reception who arranged for sandwiches for breakfast as we were going to leave at 6 am in the morning without us asking for it. But reaching the location is slightly challenging. Ensure you take the correct turn towards the hotel from the highway or else you will be stuck somewhere in the middle which will require some off-roading and courage. In addition, salute to the person who has built the ramp for car parking, it's going to be a challenge to park your car without touching the ground, note that we had an SUV. Also wifi is poor, we barely got network coverage inside our room and there was no resolution even after complaining about it.

Awesome stay and great view with great foods and great service. Would recommend everyone to enjoy your stay in this hotel.Our room was immaculate, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The hotel is a new build. I can see in the future that this would be a good property as it's right across the ocean. Once the area is developed, it'd be nice. Food downstairs is also good. Management really needs to pay attention to the cleanliness of the hotel. As a newly built property, I can already see the flaws in the upkeeping of the hotel. Downstairs restaurant is full of flies and mosquitoes. Washrooms in guest rooms need to be better maintained for sure. Property premises need to be better maintained as well to look appealing. Staff was good with service.

Rooms very clean, staff very well behaved and such a pleasant service. Food at their restaurant is hygienic and very tasteful. Location is a bit too remote at far end of highway.

Worst hotel ever in dwarka according to tha name chain we booked this hotel From 21st march to 23rd marchwhen we reached there it's to out from the city we have booked for 2 days we have paid 50 percent advance when we see the location we call the sales team to cancel 1 day booking the clearly refused that if we cancel booking they will not refund the money they forced us to stay there ,we agreed but about there services the owner didn't haven't provided the staff over there and sites rated this hotel as the 4 star hotel Manager Deepak And Agm Lalan ji are good persons But what they do if staff is not provided by the owner when we ask for a morning tea in room in calling there restaurant restaurant person clearly refused for the room service that he can't send the tea when I asked him him he said we don't have the staff for the Service I strictly recommend all those who are planning to visit to dwarka ji please don't book this hotel otherwise your hard earned money will be wasted many thing are more about the drawback but it's to big to sau they even don't have a persons to pick ur luggage so please Beware before booking.
