Subject: Disappointing Experience at Rangoli Restaurant and Bumper Car Facility, Bhavnagar Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my visit to Rangoli Restaurant and the adjacent bumper car facility in Bhavnagar yesterday evening. The dinner experience at Rangoli Restaurant was subpar, to say the least. The food served was cold, and the presentation was unappealing. The service was also inadequate, and the overall quality of the meal was not worth the substantial amount I paid. Furthermore, I was appalled to find that the water glasses provided were not properly cleaned, emitting a foul odor. To make matters worse, my visit to the bumper car facility was marred by a disturbing incident. The cars were poorly maintained, and I suffered an injury when my leg got stuck between the structure of the bumper car. This is unacceptable and indicates a clear lack of attention to safety and maintenance. I am extremely dissatisfied with my overall experience and will be filing a formal complaint. I hope that you will take immediate action to address these issues and improve the quality of your services. Sincerely

This is one of a kind place in Bhavnagar, their food is very tasty. You won't the ambience they have. And their staff is very very supportive and well behaved. I went there with my 9 month old daughter and to my surprise they took care of her until we finished our dinner

Pathetic and horrible. Should not ever visit here. Vessels were not washed. None of the things ordered was hot. Soup ordered was cold. Sabji and dal was cold. Poor taste Just using the already built name but very very poor I can't give 0 stars otherwise I would have given that. We paid a bill of 2500rs but wasted our money totally.
