RAJ RESORT AND BANQUET

Raj resort is very beautiful and very nice place! Nice atmosphere and great views. Rooms are very nice and very clean. Staff are friendly. Staff service is very excellent. Swimming pool is very clean and big . People are arranging for the pool party this resort. Raj resort is very nice place for your destination wadding. So please All are must be visiting this resort and enjoy your beautiful holiday and weekend.I love this place and there beautiful memories.

There are some positive and negative reviews. Positive - out side view is very nice. Nice hall and good wedding place. Decoration was also good. Staffs are also polite and kind. Reception lawn is also nice. Negative - room should clean time to time. 10 times I was asked to clean room but no one reply. Bathroom and toilets were broken need to focus small things. Small amenities like hot water kettle, coffee and tea packets need to keep. Food quality and variety should be there. Only paneer get bored all the time.

Dont go there in summer. The electrical infrastructure of this place is non standard. It is as if someone who wires small homes has wired this huge place. The have independent ac instead of a centrlized hvac for the huge halls there. The staff wont help you as much as the the vendor you hire would. The voltage of the place keeps fluctuating from 150 to 220 every 5 minutes. They should really do something about it. This makes all of the AC compressors fail and underperfom. The rooms lack ventilation. The washroom loovers are broken. Anything could come in. A mouse, a lizard and cat visited us in the washroom. The built a good property, messed up the electrical infrastructure and dont maintain it. Please not they dont maintain what they have built. You will have 100s of issues there and only a few will be fixed. It needs a serious maintenance that could last a month. Dont plan your wedding there if it isnt maintained.

Disappointing Experience at Raj Resort I recently stayed at Raj Resort and banquet, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the level of service was lacking. First and foremost, there was no one available to assist me with my check-in, which took an unacceptably long time. After finally getting checked in, I encountered several issues with my room, including cleanliness and maintenance problems. When I tried to reach out to the front desk for assistance, my queries went unanswered. I attempted to contact the resort's management multiple times, both in person and through their official communication channels, but I received no response. It was incredibly frustrating to feel ignored, especially when I needed help. The lack of accountability from staff members only added to my disappointment. It felt as though there was no responsible person overseeing guest services or addressing concerns. This made my stay quite uncomfortable and unenjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend [Resort Name] if you are looking for a place with attentive service and a responsive management team. My experience was a reminder of how important good customer service is in the hospitality industry.

It was a great experience. I had good and Great time with my friends. We enjoy a alot it such a good place to visit. The staff and management was also good Mainly the pooja maam was so helpful to us and she is such a kind hearted person. And the view of the resort was full of nature, it is a very quiet and beautiful place. The swimming pool was huge, cleaned and had been maintained very well. This place should be must visit.

The venue is quite good. There's greenery It's a quiet place the pool is big and this is allo that's good there. Rooms are not so good and neat . The staff is not so helpful and are not available always.

Best hospitality ever. The staff is very friendly and makes us feel like home. Good management overall with the best location and ambiance. Pooja ma'am over there is very much polite and humble.
