OYO 19637 Hotel Mansi Sherotene

I recently stayed at Hotel Mansi in room 311, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The bathroom was clogged, making it nearly unusable. To make matters worse, the bedsheet had visible stains, which appeared to be of a very unhygienic nature. Despite multiple requests to the hotel staff, they failed to replace the bedsheets, showing a complete disregard for basic cleanliness and guest comfort. Additionally, I extended my stay by just one hour beyond the standard checkout time, for which I was charged an excessive fee of 500. The staff's behavior throughout the stay was incredibly rude and unprofessional, further worsening the experience. Such poor service and lack of hygiene are unacceptable, especially for the price charged.

The overall experience with the room was highly disappointing. The bathroom was in a deplorable condition, with clear signs of neglect in terms of cleanliness. There were cockroaches visibly roaming on the bathroom floor, which was both unhygienic and unsettling. Additionally, the room itself had a persistent foul odor that made the stay extremely uncomfortable. Despite these glaring issues, the cost of the room was significantly high, which was unjustified given the substandard conditions. This lack of basic hygiene and maintenance, coupled with the overpriced tariff, made for a deeply unsatisfactory experience.

It was good experience for two days stay in this hotel. Staff have provide nice room service. They are helpful in nature. Room was well maintained and spacious. A minute walk from Vapi railway station.
