Extremely Disappointed - Avoid This Hotel. I am really frustrated. Very much attitude people's are there. Specific Hotel Manager. My own Review, I had stayed 2 days in this hotel from 7th may 2025 to 9th may 2025: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was truly awful. From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty and smelled terrible, and basic amenities were either broken or missing. The photos online are completely misleading -- nothing looked as advertised. Housekeeping never showed up, and when I asked for assistance, I was either ignored or met with attitude. Noise levels at night made it impossible to sleep, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. It was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment. I regret booking this hotel and will never return. Note: I am having very horrible experience. Please don't come this hotel.

Very very good service food is very good The location is GIDC near Near By NH 48 just 2 minute

Services are getting worse day by day,,,few staff , rooms are not getting cleaned properly, bedrolls are not cleaned, laundary delayed. And they don't respond if you ask anything.

Horrible place to stay. The extra bed folded in the middle of the night. No hot water for shower. The linen looked dirty and unwashed.

Located very near to highway, very good hotel for stay having parking space nice lobby good restaurant on its top floor. Neat and clean room. Suite rooms are very big.

Good location in vapi gidc, rooms are big but service is slow.

"The Silver Leaf Hotel in Vapi is a terrible place. When I went there, another guest was already unhappy and wanted to change rooms. Still, I decided to stay because it was late at night. The room I got was in bad shape - the lights didn't work properly, the AC was old and broken, the bathroom door made weird noises, and there were blood stains in the sink. When I asked for a different room, I was shown several with the same issues. Eventually, I got one with a working AC but a broken TV. I stayed the night but left first thing in the morning. Even the lift was faulty, getting stuck on the first floor. When I told the receptionist about everything, they didn't seem surprised, which was concerning. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."
