Budget friendly hotel! Rooms are good bathroom are not that good but not bad either, no hot water!! Cannot complain at the given rates but Blankets are the almost Unbearable, It itches alot like it was never washed or something. AC works fine.

Staff Behaviour is si bad n overall 1

Bad behaviour of staff member, they aren't supportive at all, there is a guy from odisha in there staff member who behave like he is doing favour if we are staying there although I would like to mention there is a guy Kripal ji he is very polite but unfortunately he doesn't have any administrative rights. Another problems 1. You can't use wash basin as tap is not in working condition, I complaint about this to manager he told me "uska kya kam h nahane wale me dho lo na 2 minut to lagega" so this type of service you'll get here 2. There is too much noise in almost every room literally, you can't sleep peacefully. 3. If you're going to select Non AC room then forget about fan facilities because the position of fans are in centre and you beds are far from there so you'll not be able to get benefits of fan.

Average hotel with affordable rates. Don't expect any service from the staff, they are very rude. The rooms are clean and well kept. This place is in the middle of the market, all the things are easy accessible. And it near to the station so anyone who has came to vapi for work can stay here. Room was very smelly. They do not have laundry service. Blanket was also dirty like they have never washed it. Window do not have lock or grill for protection. Safety issue

No one is answerable in this hotel. After 30 minutes electricity has come. Manager does not which company's electricity they are using. No inverter facility for rooms. I usually stay here but this time it's horrible to stay here because climate is also very hot
