Hotel Horizon

The hotel staff has no policy on goibibo but like flexible checking is very important because I had booked this hotel with flexible checking from 6 to 8 in the morning but when I reached the hotel they told me their rates and said here per flexible check in just mentioned but not provided for. They did not even do a single check and told me directly that you will have to check in at 12:00. I would like to tell Goibibo to take strict action against the hotel because it violates your policy.

Staff and room services are excellent. Housekeeping also nice.

This is a very nice hotel, clean and the staff here is very helpful and its location is also good.
