Had a horrible experience travelling there with my wife on her business trip. The hotel reception guy was illiterate , extremely rude and did character assassination of me and my wife that we were not married even when we submitted them our Id's and showed them out marriage registration certificate during check in. They wanted us to submit our marriage certificate to the hotel which has our adhaar and fingerprint details and we weren't at all ready too. This kind of harassment we have never faced in any hotel either in India or abroad. So in case you don't want to waste your mental peace wouldn't recommend staying here at all. Also I don't know how it's a 4 star hotel honestly.

Thirdclass hotel thirdclass manager and they cheated me with an early check in and than asked me to clear the room. I came at 7 in the morning and they agreed for early check inn and 5 hours later he is asking me to empty the room so for 5 hours he charged me 1500.Have never seen this kind of cheat people.

I have stayed for 2 days for official trip to the hotel with executive room booking. Rooms are clean, Staff members were polite and humble. Breakfast is really testy with good options. Very near to railway station and industry zone. I strongly recommend. This is my very first time stay. Really happy satisfied. It's value for money.

The room location is excellent, compared to the area. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety. The taste of the food was perfect. Room service could improve. Overall, it's a good hotel for business stays. However, OLA and UBER are not available here

Been coming here since the last 18 months almost twice a month. The rooms are clean and tidy. Food choice is limited and comparatively costly. Food is served in rooms in open bowls. It gets cold very quickly unless you leave everything and consume the food. This has been my repeated request but the system somehow ignores it.
