Food taste ok ok but was not good 1) chass was full of white flour to make thick wrist chas I ever drink 2) Partha was a like chapati only I didn't know what they did 3) they take 4 piece of onion. And 2 small piece of lemon 4) glass of water is not that good 5) sitting arrangement and atmospher is also not upto the marek 6) bit unprofessional staff 7) pickles are also seems expired or not good don't eat it Price is very high compare to service and food quality can't visit

Very horrible experience. We booked the hotel online on 31 December and the price shown was 1500. After reaching the hotel at 10.30 pm, the staff said to again check the reservation as their system is showing a different price which was 5000. I received an email from this hotel which mentioned 'new price 5000(earlier it was 1500)'. How can someone make fool of their customers this way. This means that when your are booking the hotel they show you lesser rates and when you reach the hotel the prices are changed. The person on reception didn't even give us an option neither he negotiated the price and directly told us to search for some different hotel. Me and my husband and my 4 years daughter were searching for another hotel at 11 pm. Very rude behaviour and will never going to even think of staying in this hotel. Fortunately we found a very good hotel nearby.

Bad experience. Booked the room through an online booking website (one of the most reputed ones) however when I reached hotel, the reception guy told me that the room which I booked is occupied by other guests and he asked me to cancel my booking online. as it was close to mid night I asked him to give me any available room, as we were 4 people, I asked to give 2 rooms for us instead of the 4 people suite. Then he asked for more money than what I was supposed to pay for the 4 people suite. however he was kind enough to accommodate us when we told that we won't take the complimentary Breakfast and will leave around 6am. Overall NOT RECOMMENDED

Good hotel with easy to reach location in the main city region. Staff is good and friendly, eager to comfort you. I missed the fast wi-fi connectivity there. The hall is spacious and the rooms are also good and clean. The nearby locations is also good. As it is near the main market in the city, you can get anything needed as per your need

Stay is ok (not good). Mosquito everywhere and they provide mosquito repellent very late (after 4-5 times call). Food is not much good but costly and had to wait 40-50 minutes after ordering. Linen are bad and smell. Towel they given was very old and already tore. TV is broken so can't use. Housekeeping is worst. They didn't provide light is passage (lobby) unless follow up is done continuously. Another visit in monsoon was a worst... Water all inside the hotel.. and it is slippery... Staff is slipping.. and the food is not served timely, half order will come than you have to follow up. Clothes given to laundry was lost and the manager is not able to trace it.. they say this was already given back.. but to whom.. no one knows... firstly laundry returned after 5/6 days.. secondly clothes were missing.. thirdly management has no responsibility.. total irresponsible..

Neat and clean rooms. Good quality of food. All staff's behaviour is very good. Ujjawal as a receptionist very good in terms of behaviour and nicely and friendly manner to talk Riyaz sir 's way of talking and handling the customer is very good .

If google allowed me to use negative rating, I would use nagative 5 star. Today, I am sharing extremely worst experience that I have ever had in my whole professional career. I have been itinerant and stayed in myriad of hotels, but Hotel Dan also has a "Royal Treat Restaurant" at Vapi, was the one who shows me how the hell actually looks like. The management has no aim of catering services to people, they only believe in making profit, regardless caring about the hurdles and dissatisfaction they have created in customers. I had stayed in this hotel for some days and I have experienced some worst nightmares. The photos are enough to judge the situation. Hotel Management Flaws: 1.) Bumbling Staff (both waiter and Managers). No aim of giving service. Food sometimes filled with insects. See rice with ants in pic. 2.) Waiting time in the morning after ordering breakfast- Minimum 45 minutes. And even after that, probability that your order will not served completely. They usually miss some orders, and as a result more than 15 minutes delay. 3.) Even they don't have rat killer and you may find giants in almost every nook. 4.) There is no one who cares about our clothes when we give it for launder. If you give clothes for laundry, it is your responsibility to ask hotel staff whether they have wash and pressed it or not. Sometimes pressed clothes are damaged by Rats. 5.) Ambience of Hotel is very much unpleasant, and negative. I don't think that they have clean even their own homes in their whole life. Sheer lack of cleanliness. I have been victim of typhoid after staying there. Drinking water sometimes full of impurities. Unfortunately, I don't have photo. But this is the main reason which made me angry over the staff. I had complained to Hotel manager many times, even quarreled, but at last, all in vein. This hotel only runs on flow of Visitors of different companies in vapi, but the restaurant is the place for celebration and enjoyment of local people also. May be they don't know what's running inside. How broken and careless their management system. My aim of posting this here is to realize them that Hotel business is not only about profit. Their Manu rates are nearly comparable to barbeque nation and white potato of vadodara, but, I bet, if this hotel is in vadodara, it has been closed down within 10 days of starting.
