We are come here for business meeting and we found very good hotel in budget. Room was cozy and comfortable. Staff was very supportive special mention Priyanka from front desk . She help me with the early check-in. And the resturant staff was also very cooperative.

Good hotel and location of this property. Near to the station and bus depot easy excess to go any where . It's central of this city. Room was good. Ms. Priyanka was really helpful and professional. She help me with the local sight seeing . Best and memorable stay ever.

I stayed in fern residency for 1 week. The food served here is really good but majority of the food in buffet is Veg. Non veg options are limited. The dining area was good. Their service was good.Had a variety of desserts also. The hotel service is bad. My room card(key) was not working properly. I was unable to unlock the door and i had to come to the ground floor for activating the card. I had to activate the card around 7 to 8 times. The body washing liquid was empty in my room when i checked in. There were also stains in the towel they provided. In the mini bar section only few items were there. I also gave my clothes for washing. One of my shorts got misplaced also. Very bad service experienced from fern people.

We had a very disappointing experience at The Fern Residency during our company training meet held at their banquet hall. The customer service was poor, and the staff's behavior was not welcoming at all. One of the biggest issues was the washroom facility -- there's only **one washroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor**, which are **shared between banquet guests, hotel guests, and restaurant visitors**. Naturally, they were always crowded and it was highly inconvenient, especially for an event with so many attendees. For a venue that has **three banquet halls**, having just one or two common washrooms is completely inadequate and unprofessional. This seriously affected our overall experience, and I would not recommend this place for corporate events or gatherings. And one more big issue is parking.
