A real gem of a three star hotel and 3 minutes walk to ALKA PURI high street . Stayed here with my 80 year old mum . The staff were outstanding I didn't know their names a big shout out to rafik who checked us in early and gave us 15 per cent discount for hotel dining . stayed here 17 days and room will be even better now they upgrading the mattress . Lovely also the owner of hotel anju Shetty takes interest in all guests and was very helpful. Mum was blown away by the massage lady they use charging a mere 550 rupees . would stay here again and again . one minor issue the sambar at breakfast for the idli was off the chart hot not for UK palates and hopefully they will offer samosa on the menu in the future . I echo.sentiments of the restaurant manager on his phone 24 7 not once said hi to us very grumpy and watching cricket when he could . needs further training . But to us it was just ok as everyone else was amazing .

Excellent place to stay. Everything you need for shopping, restaurants, airport and railway is not far from the Hotel. Hotel is very clean and the service is great. Food quality is good. As a guest at The Baroda Residency Hotel in Vadodara, I had a wonderful and comfortable experience. Located in the heart of Alkapuri, the hotel is perfectly situated, making it easy to access nearby restaurants, shopping centers, and other attractions. The convenience of the location was one of the first things that impressed me.||The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It had a cozy lounge area, a work desk with excellent connectivity, and even a kitchenette that came in handy. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a busy day of exploring the city. I also appreciated the modern amenities, including good air conditioning, which added to my overall comfort.||The staff was another highlight of my stay. Everyone I interacted with was polite, friendly, and always eager to assist with any requests. The housekeeping team maintained the room impeccably, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options to suit different tastes.||If I had to point out one minor improvement, it would be the lighting in the room, which felt slightly dim. However, this did not take away from the overall experience. My stay at The Baroda Residency was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vadodara, whether for business or leisure.

Good place to stay. Rooms are spacious. Less expensive 5 star hotel. Food is good. Room service is kind. They treat all people with same kindness. When I stayed I slept very good. Comfortable beds. Dining table oven everything available. Refrigerator also available.

"I would not recommend this venue for parties or events. If you do choose to proceed, please make sure to thoroughly read all the terms and conditions. One key issue is that food service stops at 11 PM, even if the hall has been booked beyond that time--and unfortunately, this policy is not clearly communicated upfront. On the day of the event, the management refers to pre-signed documents to justify this, leaving little room for flexibility, even when guests haven't been served. Additionally, the in-house decoration services are significantly more expensive than external vendors, and outside decorators are not permitted. Overall, I found the team to be unsupportive.

Attended a party. Good food. Great location, decent ambiance. Parking is an issue. I have not seen the rooms so can't comment on that but the halls are great. The one on the 4 th floor is good enough for a less than 100 people party. There is smaller hall in the ground floor too. Restaurant is adorned with beautiful paintings

We stayed at this place for a wedding in the family. The service was really great. Would definitely recommend this place especially if you have to do group bookings

I went do hotel to attend the wedding but the experience was very bad the unprofessional behavior of the staff. The were judging us on our looks. Hoping for a resolution, we approached the General Manager, but to our surprise, she displayed the same unprofessional attitude. Instead of addressing our concerns, she was rude, used inappropriate language, and shockingly told us to leave the property if we didn't like the service. This level of customer service is appalling. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you expect even the slightest level of professionalism and respect.
