Pride Biznotel Alkapuri Vadodara

Rooms AC not working. Bathroom not equipped with basic needs like oral hygiene only one kit in double room. No soap, no shower cap etc. There was no maintenance staff to check AC cooling. Were made to move to 3 rooms at 11:30 night due to AC issue.

Hotel is good but restaurant services including food taste by their chef is not good. Overall good hotel but needs to improve on food taste. - Guest Neeraj Mangla

I stayed on 8th March with family. Room was clean and perfect. Breakfast and dinner were served with tasty foods. We loved the hospitality.

Hotel pride is best hotel nearly railway station. Good location. Room is very beautiful well maintained. Staff is very helpful housekeeping staff is very polite. Food is very testy. Thank you mr somnath chatterjee. Very good .........,,,,,,,,,,

No hospitality at all... hotel services also terrible here. Waste of money. None helped with luggage pickup during arrival or departure from my vehicle. Car parking not there at all. Driver accommodation also not available. Suggestion for all those trying to book this hotel must be careful.

They are frauds, they will cancel your booking if offered a higher price by someone else, even if you have booked a room before. Such fraudsters should be punished. I called and verfied my booking asked for the payment link yet they cancelled the booking. Shameless
